Swinging Symphony

| April 16, 2015 | Parties National

The Lake Forest Symphony hosted 125 guests for its annual black-tie benefit at the Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest, themed Hot Jazz on a Cold Night. Partygoers danced the night away to the Jazz Consortium Big Band and enjoyed cocktails with braised short ribs and chocolate raspberry cake. Thirteen-year-old violinist Masha Lakisova performed a Paganini Caprice, elevating the musical affair. The event ended on a high note, raising $60,000 for educational initiatives. –Photos by Bonnie Robinson
