The Party
Some 70 philanthropically minded foodies gathered at Found for the latest rendition of the restaurant’s monthly Moveable Feast, titled Most Needed, which benefited the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

The Highlights
Diners enjoyed a four-course meal with an inventive and apt twist: Chef Nicole Pederson opted to serve dishes elevating ingredients that are most often donated to food banks. Pederson’s culinary skill shone through in such dishes as chicken liver mousse with nectarine butter, pan-seared snapper and peanut butter oat cake. Guests left with full stomachs and full hearts, as the dinner raised approximately $5,000 for the food depository. –Photos by Alex Storer
