Firefly Kitchen Grand Opening

Chicago restaurant enthusiasts and foodies were invited to an exclusive first taste of Firefly Kitchen with Executive Chef Dean Salerno and master mixologist James Pierce. Guests mingled with Chef Dean Salerno while sampling his inaugural menu of mini "Salerno" burgers, habachi skewers with shrimp, chicken, and vegetable, truffled risotto bites, mini crab cakes, Chef Salerno's jalepeno frites, and more. Mixologist James Pierce, formerly of "The Bar" at The Peninsula Chicago, served up some his specialty house-made cocktails, including "Got a Guy" and "Firefly Rye," along with a sampling of wines and craft beer.
