Women Of Style 2020: Dena Dodd Perry Is The Picture Of Clean Living

By J.P. Anderson | October 28, 2020 | People

Style is a state of mind and fashion a means of expression, which is all the more important in our rapidly changing world. We check in favorite past NS Women of Style for some words of wisdom.

The biggest change in my life since I was last featured is... having five humans to cook for on a daily basis again!

The most amazing thing to happen since I became a Woman of Style was... I am relaunching Pop-N-Go water-repellent scarves and masks! Time-tested since 2010.

My big news is... I am a new author of a food-yoga fitness book called Detoxelicious.

For me, 2020 has brought... faith over fear.

This year has taught me... to be patient.

I never expected that... I would teach yoga online via Vivaya Live.

The biggest surprise of the year has been... canceling trips. Argh!

My proudest achievement is... inspiring family and friends to keep calm amid the chaos.

In 2020, style is all about... effortless comfort and beauty.

To me, style means... genuine expression of my present state of mind: strong and resilient, yet classy when desired.

My favorite designers of the moment are… Cynthia Rowley, Valentino, Tracy Reese, Helen Jon and Steve Madden.

I am supporting my local community by... donating to fillaheart4kids.org and respondnow.org.

My hope for the future is... world peace and less food insecurity.
